I-Banking Customer Support Associate

Safra National Bank of New York is looking for an excellent I-Banking Customer Support Associate to provide account services to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service experience.
• Set up new I-Banking accounts.
• Process I-Banking log updates.
• Assist customers with passwords/reset and related questions.
• Set up new Token authorizations and Token Links; provide assistance with Token replacements and synchronize Tokens.
• Active and deactivate I-Banking accounts.

Requirements

• High School Diploma 
• Customer service experience is a must, digital banking experience helpful.
• Intermediate skills in computer operations, word processing, and spreadsheets.
• Effective oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to carry out instructions, instruct others, understand procedures, and to speak clearly to customers and co-workers.
• Punctuality and an appropriate sense of time commitment and time management skills.
• Self-motivation.
• An awareness of appropriate behavior in all facets of profession interaction, and an ability to conduct oneself in an appropriate and professional matter at all times.
