Key Responsibilities:

1. **Taking Orders:** Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests, ensuring clarity and attention to detail. Provide recommendations and answer any questions regarding menu items, specials, and dietary restrictions.

1. **Delivering Orders:** Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately to guests, following established service standards. Ensure orders are complete, properly prepared, and presented in an appealing manner.

1. **Checking Back:** Check back with guests periodically to ensure satisfaction with their meals and address any concerns or requests promptly. Monitor tables for refill needs, additional orders, or other guest needs.

1. **Upselling and Promotion:** Promote special menu items, beverages, and desserts to guests, utilizing product knowledge and suggestive selling techniques. Encourage guests to try new items and enhance their dining experience.

1. **Maintaining Cleanliness:** Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area, including clearing and resetting tables, replenishing supplies, and tidying up as needed. Assist with cleaning tasks and side work to ensure a clean and inviting atmosphere.
