ICMS LLC, an innovative Professional and Technical services provider to the Federal Government, is seeking a CMMS Analyst/ Planner to join our team in support of one of our federal clients. This position is 100% onsite at a Federal Government facility. This position receives, records, and distributes work orders to engineers, technicians, and vendors for service on equipment, records information, such as name, address, asset to be repaired, or service to be rendered, prepares work orders, schedules service calls and generates reports and work order details. The CMMS Analyst shall frequently and regularly interface both verbally and in writing with the Project Manager, Project Control Coordinator, and Engineering Staff.


The CMMS Analyst/ Planner shall:

  • Manage and maintain the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), TMA Systems
  • Gather and input data into TMA for equipment maintenance schedules, creating all inspection sheets and gathering requirements for deficiency reports.
  • Input government requests into CMMS correctly.
  • Distribute work orders to appropriate technicians.
  • Maintain and enter reports into TMA, including photos, specs, manuals, inspection reports, vendor findings etc.
  • Review and analyze data reports to prioritize deficiencies accordingly.
  • Ensure operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance (PM) requirements; calling for repairs with CM.
  • Generate weekly alerts to notify the team when various equipment and machinery needs preventative maintenance.
  • Review inspection reports to record data.
  • Preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly reports.

Qualifications:


The CMMS Analyst/ Planner shall possess the following minimum qualifications:

  • Must have not less than one (1) year of experience obtained within the past five (5) years using CMMS for asset management, scheduling maintenance, and tracking call orders.
  • High School Diploma.
  • Proficiency with CMMS Systems, preferably experience with TMA.
  • Shall have training in facility maintenance and service work.
  • Must possess an ability to coordinate effective PM scheduling.
  • Must possess an ability to meet project deadlines on-time.
  • Must possess an ability to work independently, as part of a team, and possess excellent customer service skills.
  • Proof of US citizenship or green card required. Candidates will be required to pass a background check and obtain client’s basic security clearance.
