Are you a tech-savvy superstar ready to take the lead on end-user support and technological innovations? Dive into a dynamic role where you'll solve challenges, keep systems up-to-date, and elevate our tech game.

Key Responsibilities:

• Be the go-to hero for all technical support queries via calls, emails, and even smoke signals!
• Diagnose and fix hardware and software glitches, or escalate them to the experts.
• Set up, fine-tune, and manage software and hardware—PCs, printers, you name it.
• Conduct training sessions for new technologies.
• Keep tabs on our inventory, ensuring we're always stocked up.
• Help upkeep our network architecture.
• Stay ahead of the tech curve and recommend savvy updates.
• Engage in projects to roll out the latest tech goodies.
• Document your brilliance—maintain records of tech solutions and inventory.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's in IT, Computer Science, or your personal experience that speaks volumes.
• 2+ years in tech support or a related universe.
• Rock-solid understanding of computer systems and networking.
• Problem-solving skills sharper than a double-edged sword.
• Communication skills that could win over a motherboard.
• Team player but can also run solo missions.
• Familiarity with project management magic.

Physical Deets:

• Able to lift computer gear and can sit or stand as the mission requires.

Work Environment:
