The Envases Ohio location focuses on industrial packaging commonly used for paint or similar products. Envases Ohio is looking for a Warehouse Coordinator to our team to support our continued growth. This is a full-time position based in Fremont, Ohio. We offer competitive hourly rates, growth opportunities, and a clean, safe work environment.

• Primary 2nd shift but NEEDS TO BE ABLE TO WORK ANY SHIFT WHEN NEEDED AS A FLOATER

WHAT ENVASES OHIO CAN OFFER YOU:

• Starting pay of $17 an hour
• Increase to $18 an hour after 90 days
• $1.00 per hour shift premium
• $50 weekly attendance incentive
• $500 signing bonus ($250 paid at 90 days, $250 paid at 6 months)
• No rotating shifts (set schedule)

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Must be able to satisfactorily complete a background and drug screening.
• Must be able to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
• Report for work on time to support production startup.
• Possess good physical stamina and coordination.
• Could be required to stand and/or walk for long periods daily while frequently bending, twisting, reaching and periodically lifting.
• Able to work as a team, good communication skills, basic math skills, physical dexterity.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manages stock control: the self-assured receipt, storage, retrieval and timely delivery of goods; shipment loading & transferring; document recording and data entry into system.
• Planning, organizing and controlling of Warehouse overall operations.
• Reviews Production schedules and provides schedules to line drivers and operators
• Constantly plan out all warehouse resources and activities in relation to company objectives and set targets
• Maintain housekeeping of warehouse and surrounding area.
• Collects paperwork from previous shift Warehouse Coordinator and inputs data into a spreadsheet and SAP to accurately capture Production metrics.
• Other tasks as assigned by supervisor
