Assembly Technician - 2nd shift

This 2nd shift position is a fantastic entry level opportunity for someone with a strong work ethic and a mechanical inclination.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Use mechanical equipment to assemble rollers and bearings onto shafts
• Prepare completed equipment for shipment
• Maintains safe and clean working environment
• Wear proper personal protective equipment.  Follow all company safety policies
• Demonstrating accountability and teamwork both on the job and in attendance ongoing
• Comply with CPM Dorssers manufacturing standards and procedures
• Complete required paperwork as necessary
• Other tasks or duties as assigned

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• Mechanically inclined
• Ability to follow directions
• Willingness to give and receive feedback from others
• Ability to effectively communicate in a fast paced team environment
• Attention to detail
• Ability to safely operate a fork truck
