Toddler Teacher Assistant

Stepping Stones Child Academy is looking to add more qualified individuals to our team. We are looking for a fun, loving, kind individual that is ready to support our children in growing and learning in all areas of development. General requirements include a passion for children and their development. Must be able to pass a background check and be willing to complete state required trainings after hours. We are looking for individuals that are highly professional and dependable, able to work as a team with all employees. We also ask that our employees are flexible and able to work with different ages and backgrounds as needed.

Job responsibilities include creating and following daily lesson plans, meeting the children’s basic needs including personal care such as hygiene and feeding. There is daily cleaning and organizing in the classroom required, this includes sanitizing and disinfecting toys, hard surfaces, and areas of the classroom. This individual must work well with other employees to create a warm and welcoming environment. Working as a team and with the other teachers in the room.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $11.00 - $15.00 per hour
