Responsibilities

• Learn Plumbing Techniques: Assist in learning and mastering plumbing techniques, including pipe installation, repairs, and maintenance.
• Tool Familiarity: Become familiar with plumbing tools and equipment, learning how to use them effectively and safely.
• Assist Senior Plumbers: Work alongside experienced plumbers to assist in various plumbing tasks, gaining hands-on experience.
• Material Handling: Assist in the handling, organization, and transportation of plumbing materials and supplies.
• Safety Compliance: Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment for yourself and others.
• Basic Repairs: Learn to diagnose and perform basic plumbing repairs under supervision, such as fixing leaks and replacing fixtures.
• Pipe Installation: Assist in the installation of pipes, fittings, and fixtures in accordance with plumbing codes and regulations.
• Inspections: Participate in plumbing system inspections to identify issues and assist in troubleshooting.
• Client Interaction: Interact professionally with clients, explaining plumbing issues, and assisting with service requests.
• Documentation: Maintain records of work performed, materials used, and tasks completed for future reference.
• Assist in Emergencies: Be prepared to assist in emergency plumbing situations and provide support to senior plumbers.

Job requirements

• Possession of a valid Plumbing Apprentice License (if applicable in your region)
• Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) Certification
• Must hold a valid TX Driver's License
• Successful completion of a background check
• Ability to pass a drug test.
• 1 year of prior experience in a plumbing apprentice role or related fieldpreferred
• Must be authorized to work in the US
