Our big brand manufacturing client in Providence is looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join their team for a hybrid contract role. In this role, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Team.
Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate knowledge of internal business policies
- Using your expert-level software skills, including Excel and PowerPoint, you will create, update, revise and manage reports and presentations
- Manage warehouse tasks related to inbound and outbound shipping
- Manage warehouse invoice validation/exceptions
- Manage specific task responsibilities and prepare general correspondence
- Interact with internal work groups and external contacts
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline
- 3+ year of experience in a consumer packaged goods, marketing environment preferred
- Expert level proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and Word
- Excellent organizational and time management skills - ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple projects
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- SAP (Transactional tasks) & BI (Business Objects Reporting)
- Written/Oral Communication
