Pay

  • $20.00-$30.00/hour
  • +SPIFF for selling new units &Maintenance Agreements
  • $2,000 Sign-On Bonus($500 every 6 months for first 24 months of employment)

Responsibilities

  • Conduct routine inspections, service, and maintenance of HVAC units for residential and commercial customers.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues, including heating, cooling, ventilation, and refrigeration components.
  • Repair or replace faulty components, such as motors, compressors, fans, thermostats, and valves.
  • Perform regular cleaning and maintenance tasks, including filter replacements, coil cleaning, and lubrication of moving parts.
  • Test HVAC system performance and functionality to ensure optimal operation and energy efficiency.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries, explaining maintenance procedures, and offering recommendations for system improvements or upgrades.
  • Maintain accurate records of service calls, inspections, repairs, and parts used.
  • Stay updated on industry advancements, new technologies, and best practices through continuous learning and professional development.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself, team members, and customers.
  • Collaborate with team members, including supervisors and dispatchers, to coordinate service schedules and optimize productivity.

Job requirements

  • Possession of valid CFC (Chlorofluorocarbon) certificationRequired!
  • 3-5 yearsof relevant experience.
  • Above-average communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong technical skills in communication, troubleshooting, and repair of HVAC systems.
  • Desirable relevant experience in the military.
  • Clean driving recordwith a minimum of 3 years of driving experience.
  • Must be authorized to work in the US
