- Knowledge of standard food handling practice
- Ability to follow standardized recipes, as well as verbal instruction
- Knowledge of HACCP standards
Front of House Position
Job Responsibilities:
- Greeting guest in a friendly and inviting manner
- Point of sale - TOAST
- Prompt delivery of items either to tables or to go - food runner
- Knowledge of menus and nearby attractions
- Ensuring cleanliness of dining area and other guest areas
- Assisting in banquets and other events
- Following policies of both 8 Mile/Echo Canyon River Expeditions and Colorado Health Dept.
