Customer Service Sales Associate

We are looking for an enthusiastic customer service sales team player to join our client-focused staff today.

For 43 years PIP Printing has been successful at assisting other businesses with printing and marketing solutions to grow their business. From graphic design and printing to mailing services, promotional products, signage and direct marketing, we provide quality in everything we do so our customers get noticed.

Responsibilities:

• Act as primary contact for clients


• Assist the Outside Sales Team


• Assist with the development and maintenance of client relationships


• Consult and be a resource for clients during the purchasing process


• Be knowledgeable of all products and services offered


• Learn our Point of Sale and order processing systems


• Prepare estimates and print orders


• Review client files to ensure production quality and accuracy


• Be highly responsive to customer inquiries


• Strategize with clients by listening, interpreting their needs, and advising on solutions


• Communicate courteously with clients through email, the phone, and in person


• Closely work with the production staff to assure accurate and timely processing of jobs


• Processing end of day paperwork and bank deposits

Required:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills


• Ability to problem solve and be solutions oriented


• Highly detailed with strong organizational and time management skills


• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)


• Professional customer service skills


• Highly responsive to customer needs


• Excellent math skills

Appreciated:

• Experience in the printing/copying business


• Experience with graphic design software


• College degree AA/BA


• Business Experience
