Customer:
Provide the highest quality of interactions with customers - be pleasant, friendly, and polite to everyone
Display an appreciation of our customers by thanking them in a meaningful and thoughtful manner
Respond quickly and respectfully to a customers complaint and notify the person in charge
Be respectful of the customer's property
Make appropriate suggestions to customers orders to increase satisfaction
Individual:
Deliver food and beverage to either residential and/or commercial customers
Ensure the customer's order is complete and to the highest standard possible before leaving the store
Maintain adequate supplies in the delivery area
Knowledge of menu items and pricing structure
Basic math and cash management skills
Capable of finding the best route from the restaurant location to the customers house to ensure quick delivery

Knowledge of food preparation and order taking procedures
Prepare menu items while following the proper recipes to maintain a consistent product and nutritional value
Complete all assigned cleaning and prep-work
