Diesel Mechanic (Heavy Truck) - Full-time

• Accurately Diagnosing, troubleshooting malfunctions, and provide quality repairs using proper diagnostic tools and utilizing critical thinking/problem solving skills.
• Delivering productive results and demonstrating competency and accountability while working with a high degree of independence.
• Maintaining neat and orderly work area.
• Being customer focused and resolving customer concerns by identifying problems and providing solutions.
• Building trust, collaborating, and enjoy a teamwork environment.
• Participating in training to stay relevant with new technology.
• Adhering to and promoting company safety policy.
• Being adaptable to a wide variety of repairs with a can-do attitude.

Compensation

• Hourly Pay: $27-$40 per hour
• Paid by-weekly

Work Schedule:

• 2nd Shift, Mon - Fri, 2:30 pm - 11 pm

• Minimum of 5-7 years experience as a diesel technician on Class 6-8 vehicles.
• Valid driver's license.
• Willingness to submit to and pass background check and drug screening test.
• Necessary tools to perform position responsibilities.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• A positive team attitude is a must!

Preferred

• Class A CDL
• Technical degree
• A/C, Brake, and DOT Annual Inspector Certifications
• Specialize in specific areas (i.e. engine, drive train, brakes, etc.)
