Our growing company is seeking a highly motivated, dynamic, and experienced Civil Engineer to join our team. This is a permanent position that offers the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting land development projects.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and manage all aspects of civil engineering projects from inception to completion.
2. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals to ensure project success.
3. Conduct site inspections and assessments to ensure compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and environmental regulations.
4. Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D and other industry-standard software for design and project management tasks.
5. Manage project budgets, ensuring all work is completed within the allocated resources.
6. Address any project issues or delays, implementing solutions to minimize impacts on the project timeline and budget.
7. Ensure all project documentation, including reports, plans, and permits, are accurate and up-to-date.
8. Liaise with local authorities and regulatory bodies, ensuring all projects comply with legal requirements and industry standards.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
2. EIT or licensed PE is a plus.
3. Minimum of 3 years of experience in civil, with a focus on land development.
4. Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and other industry-standard software.
5. Extensive knowledge of construction site management and civil engineering principles.
6. Strong understanding of environmental engineering, with a focus on the conservation and management of natural resources.
7. Excellent project management skills, with a proven ability to oversee complex projects from inception to completion.
8. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
9. Excellent problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving project issues.
10. Strong attention to detail, with a commitment to accuracy and quality in all aspects of work.
