Job Details

Responsibilities:
  • Review and clear marketing and promotions materials for advertising legal issues, including claims and disclosures for sales incentives, sweepstakes, contests, games, loyalty programs, and other marketing activities, and draft related rules/terms.
  • Draft and negotiate privacy (including DPAs), advertising, online advertising and/or technology contracts.

Qualifications:
  • 8+ years as an attorney practicing in Advertising & Marketing law.
  • Portable book worth at least $500,000.
  • Admitted to practice in California, Illinois, Texas, and/or Washington D.C.
  • Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
  • Experience working in all forms of digital media, including social media, as well as social media influencer agreements and relationship management.
  • Fluency in applying FTC law and guidance.

Ability to travel for internal and client meetings as expected.

Preferred:
  • Experience in a specific industry such as online gambling or alcohol.
  • Experience with social media influencer agreements and relationship management.
  • Fluency in applying FTC law and guidance.
