Outside Sales Coach Manager Job Purpose

You will be responsible for leading our sales team to success, driving sales initiatives, and creating and executing strategies to increase sales and build relationships with customers. You will be expected to develop and implement effective sales plans and strategies, track performance, provide feedback and guidance to sales staff, and ensure customer satisfaction.


Compensation

Base: $60,000/yr + Commissions + Bonuses = $90,000 AVG

Outside Sales Coach Manager Job Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand customer base
  2. Train, mentor, and guide sales team members on best practices to understand customer's needs and objectives
  3. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  4. Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations
  5. Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements
  6. Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients' needs
  7. Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board
  8. Set individual sales targets with the sales team
  9. Oversee sales performance through metrics and CRM systems
  10. Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits



Requirements:

Outside Sales Coach Manager Desired Traits

  1. Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  2. Strong leadership skills with experience managing sales teams
  3. Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
  4. Strong customer service orientation
  5. Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  6. Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  7. Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close deals
  8. Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend sales events
  9. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
  10. Knowledge of the industry and market trends
  11. Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  12. Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth
  13. Experience with outside sales and managing a territory
  14. Adaptability and resilience in the face of challenges
  15. High level of self-motivation and organization
  16. Ability to train and mentor sales staff
  17. Familiarity with sales forecasting and budgeting

  19. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, when necessary

Training

Attend a minimum of one off site sales management class within the first six months of new position. On-going professional training (in-house, webinars and applicable off-site 3rd party training / technology conferences) will also be provided by Century Business Products. Century Business Products will request SSM to provide on-going, self-directed training through reading, research, webinars and any other applicable media. SSM may have attend Kyocera Dealer Meeting as they are held.
