Job Description

Performs duties involving the shipping and receiving of product.

Accurately and timely pick, package and process customer orders

Receive all in-bound product

Put-away product into appropriate locations

Operate equipment, including reach truck, order picker, speed cart, and dock trucks

Operate radio frequency units (RF's)

Count and multiply product accurately

Physically move product - repeated heavy (up to 50lbs) lifting is sometimes required

Work in team environment

Verbal and written communication skills

Perform other related duties as assigned

Must be at least 18 years of age

Must have high school diploma or equivalent

Ability to work in a fast paced environment

Previous warehouse work including picking and packing product preferred

Basic computer proficiency

* Physical demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to lift up to 50 pounds, occasionally required to assist in dual lifts of up to 150 pounds with another employee. The employee will commonly lift and/or carry objects weighing 30-40 pounds. The employee will be frequently required to stand, walk, use hands to handle product, reach with hands and arms, frequently be required to sit and stoop. Rarely will the employee be required to climb. The employee will frequently be required to talk or hear. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus. The employee will occasionally be required to operate equipment from heights of up to 25ft.

* Work environment: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is exposed to heat, humidity, cold temperatures and dust. The employee will frequently work on or around moving equipment. The noise level in the work environment is low to moderate. The employee will frequently work with deadlines under pressure and will occasionally be required to work alone.
