This position will report to our Learning (Standards) team.

How You'll Make a Difference

You will be accountable for developing and implementing programs, educational content, and other core inputs of the customer and membership experience. Supporting the day-to-day operations of product management and development.

What You'll Bring to the Role

* Bachelors' degree or equivalent in business, communications or related field.

* Experience in publishing or standards (ANSI or ISO) highly desirable

* Minimum of 3 years of progressively responsible product management or product involving multiple markets and channels.

* Experience building and sustaining product success via geographically disbursed entities or virtual communities of engaged stakeholder groups

* Experience with market development and business plan development, including market planning across diverse areas

* Demonstrated knowledge of product management tools and techniques, with the ability to present and apply them with senior-level professionals and leaders

* Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills, including demonstrated team-based operational and strategic resultsStrong relationship management skills, especially with internal leaders and business teams, with a particular focus on developing strong partnerships

* Experience of working in an agile, dynamic, and customer-centric environment

* Excellent communication, collaboration, presentation, and negotiation skills

* Proficiency in the business language for PMI (English)
