Nurse (RN or LPN) - Full-time

Lakeside Generations, a 5-star rated senior care campus overlooking a lake, is hiring Full-Time & Part-Time (LPN or RN) to join our team. In addition to generous benefits, we're offering up to a $10,000 bonus!

There are Full-Time (Day/Evening) & Part-Time (Evening) benefit eligible positions available. Full-Time is eligible for a $10,000 Bonus.

LPN: $24.96 to $31.03
RN: $33.80 to $42.03
Hours: 6:15am to 2:45pm; 2:15 pm to 10:45 pm

What does a Nurse require?:

• Must have MN LPN or RN License and be in good standing.
• Must have strong communication and organizational skills.
• Self-starter with a desire to be a part of a team.

What does a Nurse do?:

• Displays a courteous attitude and respect for all residents, families, and staff.
• Administers medications and/or treatments in accordance with physician's orders and monitors for effectiveness/response.
• Manages medications, supplies, and equipment including ordering, receiving, storing, and disposing of all items in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Documents care using computerized medication administration and charting software.
• Notifies Clinical Manager, attending physicians, and family members of significant changes in a resident's condition, and takes follow up action as necessary.
• Performs additional duties as required.
