Minimum 1+ years speech therapy experience required.
We are currently seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to join our team for the 2023-2024 school year in Rathdrum, ID. This is a full-time position working with Elementary-Middle school students. CFYs are wele to apply.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and evaluations of students with speech and language disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students with munication difficulties
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement interventions that support students' academic success
- Monitor and document students' progress, and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Provide therapy services to students in individual or group settings
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation in pliance with state and federal regulations
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or munication Disorders from an accredited institution
- Current IdahoSpeech-Language Pathologist licensure or eligibility
- Certificate of Clinical petence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA), or be in the process of pleting a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Excellent munication and interpersonal skills
