Responsibilities of the Warehouse Driver/Customer Service Representative include, but are not limited to:
- Shipping and receiving
- Putting up stock and pulling inventory for orders and/or transfers
- Staging work-in-progress materials
- Cycle counting and shipment tracking
- Making deliveries
- Responding to customer inquiries regarding company products and services
- Processing customer phone orders
- Checking availability of stock and shipping dates
- Quoting prices, filling orders to customer specifications and processing sales data via computer
- Assisting the outside sales team by preparing price quotes and sourcing products

Qualifications of the Warehouse Driver/Customer Service Representative include, but are not limited to:
- Must be detail oriented and dependable
- Must have excellent customer service and computer skills
- Acceptable driving record required according to company guidelines
- A physical, drug screen, and background check are required
- Excellent communication skills
- Should be enthusiastic and able to work independently
- Must have experience performing a majority of the functions
- Data entry skills, organization, multi-tasking and customer focus is required
- Regular in-person attendance required
- Normal business hours Monday-Friday, (7)am-(4)pm
Additional Information:
Physical Demand: Must be able to lift up to 50lbs unassisted and up to 100lbs assisted
Working Conditions: Customer/Field Locations, Warehouse Environment
Shift Time/Overtime: M-F 7:00am-4:00pm, some overtime as necessary
Travel: Must have acceptable driving record and license
Education: High School Diploma or GED
