Travel Operating Room Nurse Contract- Rolla, MO

Calling all OR Nurses!

Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a skilled Travel OR RN to join a dynamic healthcare team in Rolla, Missouri. This 13-week contract offers the chance to explore the natural beauty of the Ozarks while utilizing your expertise in a progressive surgical environment.

Responsibilities:

• Performing scrubbing and/or circulating duties during operative procedures, including department admissions to the operative suite.
• Adhering to standards and appropriate aseptic techniques to ensure patient safety.
• Collaborating and coordinating with team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate intraoperative patient care plans.
• Serving as a communication liaison to patients, families, and members of the operating team.
• Preparing the operating room for the patient and surgical procedure, ensuring that equipment, supplies, and implants are readily available and functional.

Requirements::

• Current certifications in PALS, BLS, and ACLS all of which are essential for delivering top-notch surgical care.
• RN compact state or MO license
• At least 3 years of required experience in the operating room, demonstrating your expertise in surgical nursing.
• Education: Graduation from an accredited or NLN-approved RN program is required, and a BSN is highly desired.
• Epic Charting preferred

Shift:

• 13-week contract
• 36 hours per week
• 12-hour day shifts
• Rotating weekends
