Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist

Weare currently seeking a full time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist tojoin our esteemed anesthesia team at a leading full-service hospital in HotSprings, AR. Our team comprises 4 MDs and 18 CRNAs, providing comprehensiveanesthesia care to our diverse patient population.

Atour facility, we offer a wide-ranging case mix, encompassing nearly all medicalspecialties with the exception of transplants. Notably, our OB departmenthandles an average of approximately 85 deliveries per month, with CRNAsresponsible for administering all epidurals and spinals for obstetric patients,ensuring optimal care for mothers-to-be.

Details: This role includes No Call, NoNights, No Weekends! This is a great opportunity to work on a wide variety ofcases and keep your skills sharp, while maintaining a great work life balance. 8CRNAs will be on the call team and 8 will be non-call. In addition to this wehave 2 job-share CRNA doing night 7 pm - 7 am and 2 job - share CRNAs oppositeof them 7 am - 7 pm. CRNAs services are very autonomous but MD backup isavailable when needed. Daily staffing grid is 2 MDs and 12 CRNAs.

Compensation& Benefits: $255,000/yrwith 8 weeks of time off included in the non-call team compensation package. Thereare several opportunities for extra income if desired. Malpractice insuranceand access to group benefits.

Requirements:

• Graduationfrom an accredited nurse anesthesia educational program.
• Currentlicensure as a registered nurse in Arkansas
• Certificationas a Nurse Anesthetist by the National Board of Certification andRecertification for Nurse Anesthetists
• Completionof any additional state-specific requirements for licensure or certification.
• Continuingeducation to maintain licensure and certification.
