Responsibilities:
As a Senior Staff Accountant, you'll play a pivotal role in our accounting operations, focusing on commercial properties. Your duties will include:
- Assisting in the accounting processes for commercial properties.
- Preparing journal entries, accruals, and adjustments.
- Conducting bank reconciliations and managing property receivables.
- Compiling monthly packages for a diverse portfolio of properties.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is a must.
- Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience, with at least one year in real estate accounting.
- Experience with MRI software is advantageous, though not essential.
