What You'll Do:

  • Oversee all aspects of finance, including day-to-day accounting, financial reporting, risk management, and budgeting.
  • Supervise HR functions, benefits administration, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
  • Utilize your keen analytical skills to drive strategic decision-making and optimize financial performance.

What We Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 5-10 years of experience in finance and accounting, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Proficiency in financial software and systems such as ERP systems, Excel, and financial modeling tools.
  • Experience with HR administration and benefits management.
