Physical Therapist - School Based

Position: Physical Therapist

Location: School District near Bonners Ferry, ID

Responsibilities:

• Conducting thorough assessments to identify students' physical challenges and needs.
• Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans to address students' motor skills, mobility, and physical well-being.
• Collaborating closely with educators, parents, and other school professionals to enhance students' academic and social participation.
• Providing direct physical therapy services to students, both individually and in group settings.
• Monitoring and documenting student progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
• Active participation in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contributing to the formulation of relevant goals.

Qualifications:

• Valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Idaho.
• Master's degree in Physical Therapy.
• While experience in a school setting is advantageous, recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Excellent interpersonal and munication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
