Robert Half is currently recruiting for a Accounting Manager/Finance Manager position for on of our growing clients. The Accounting Manager/Finance Manager will be reporting to the North American Finance Manager and will have one direct report. The Accounting Manager/Finance Manager will be overseeing the accounts payables and accounts receivables, performing journal entries, month end close, reconciliations, financial statement preparation, cost accounting, working with the BOM's working with the supply chain division on inventory discrepancies, intercompany transactions, policies and procedures, and implementing process improvements, A Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance is required and a CPA, CMA or MBA is a plus. This position will also require a strong background in a manufacturing environment.
