Position type: Full-time Contract Duration: 10 months Location: New Milford Mill, CT As an Equipment Operator, you will be: Loading and unloading product with productivity and quality that meets department standards. Storing product safely, without damage, and according to established department practices. Completing all required loading and unloading paperwork correctly and in a timely manner. Understanding and following special circumstance expectations, e.g. lot control unloads, wet damage claims, returns. Operating equipment safely and with a full knowledge of quality expectations. Using EtQ for Hazard ID/Awareness and Mi CASA Task Observations. Following all WMS/ procedures for the recording and tracking of product to ensure inventory accuracy. The ideal candidate will have: Experience in driving a forklift. Experience in performing shrink wrapping duties. Steel toed shoes required.
