Repair Technician/Inside Sales Representative

The *Repairs Inside Sales- VT* role is responsible for engaging with internal departments as well as a diverse external customer base, working with them to assess and improve seal performance and effectiveness. The Repairs Inside Sales role should have experience in developing customer relationships, clear communication, and general service-related functions. In this role you would be responsible for handling mechanical seals, reviewing detailed drawings against parts for reusability, requesting quotes from vendors, preparing quotes, customer dialog via email, working with scheduling & production teams to convert quotes to orders.



The ideal candidate for this role will have proven success in customer service, customer relationships and a mechanical background. Training & Opportunities to grow within the company for the right candidate.



This individual would be responsible for:
* Marking up Bill of materials
* Reviewing detailed drawings
* Quoting
* Processing Orders
* Customer facing via Phone/Teams
* Involved in outside & inside sales
* Hands on with parts/seals
* Reviewing projects with Engineering staff

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
