Pest Control Technician

My Pest Pros has an immediate need for passionate, dedicated, and hard-working individuals to join our team serving Northern Virginia, Washington, D.C., and Maryland. We are seeking people who can provide excellent customer service, think on their feet and help build strong client relationships. You will service residential and commercial clients, assess issues, problem solve, make recommendations, provide preventative treatments as well as solve existing pest problems.

This is a great position for people who like spending time outdoors, working independently, who have worked as servers or bartenders, who love to solve problems and enjoy making people happy.

No experience? No problem. We will provide paid training.

Technicians take their work vehicle home and go direct to their stops each day.

Compensation is based on prior experience and includes the opportunity to earn commissions, overtime, and bonuses.

• Successful candidates will be at least 18 years of age, authorized to work in the US/
• High school diploma or equivalent
• The ability to work before 8 AM, after 5 PM, and/or on weekends
• Be able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Candidates must be able to pass a background check including a drug screen and have a good driving record
• Obtain/maintain state-mandated pest control licenses, if you do not already have
• The ability to read, speak, and comprehend English
• Good oral and written communication skills

Compensation details: 22-28 Hourly Wage
