Overview

We're in search of a passionate and innovative Digital Marketing Manager to play an instrumental role in our small-but-mighty marketing team. As the owner of our digital marketing function, reporting directly to the VP of Marketing, you'll be charged with the responsibility of amplifying our online presence and stimulating demand through a cohesive blend of online performance marketing, efficient paid media, and owned & operated channels. You will also be responsible for effectively managing our digital asset libraries and equipping our channel partners with the assets and tools to enable successful marketing of the QSC brand across the globe. This Digital Marketing Manager will have a comprehensive skill set in digital strategy, social media, and tool administration. As a focal member of our marketing team, you'll be entrusted with empowering sales and marketing management with data and insights that propel the brand and enhance our abilities across all digital touchpoints.

Base Pay Range 100,000 - 140,000

This pay range also depends on various factors such as job duties and requirements, relevant experience and skills and geographic location. Responsibilities
    Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
  • Be the custodian of our website, ensuring it's always updated, optimized, and in line with our brand's voice. Optimize website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO visibility and positional ranking on target keywords.
  • Orchestrate the deployment and execution of targeted marketing campaigns across various digital channels, including Google, Meta, Dealer/Partner sites, trade media sites, and email marketing.
  • Utilize marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, YouTube Studio, Sprout Social, omacro, etc. to track campaign performance, analyze data, and optimize marketing effectiveness.
  • Leverage AI tools within and across all platforms to maximize marketing effectiveness.
  • Develop and maintain reporting processes to track key performance metrics, campaign effectiveness, and ROI.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, IT, and product management, to ensure alignment and integration of marketing initiatives, optimize website performance and enhance user experience.
  • Manage the company's orangelogic digital asset management system, serving as the key touch point between the company and its external users (channel partners, media entities, etc.) and internal stakeholders (IT, product management, sales, marketing, etc.),
  • Implement data-driven reporting dashboards to analyze digital campaign outcomes, web traffic, and conversion metrics, offering key stakeholders actionable insights for consistent enhancement.
  • Test landing pages, email campaigns and all customer-facing assets, optimizing performance and user experience.
  • Assist in managing budget planning and tracking for digital marketing initiatives.
  • Stay on top of industry trends and insights, and leverage market analysis and intent data to inform marketing strategies.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5+ years experience executing and developing strategies for organic and paid growth through multiple stages of scale for high-growth companies, such as organic search/SEO, paid search, paid social, referrals, content marketing, community marketing, influencer marketing and affiliate programs.
  • Demonstrated mastery of digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics (GA4), Marketo, Sprout Social, etc.
  • Depth of experience working with a leading Digital Asset Management (DAM) platform (orangelogic, Bynder, Brandfolder, Adobe Experience Manager, etc.)
  • Experience building compelling B2B digital journeys driving increased brand awareness / share of voice, new customer acquisition engagement and monetization.
  • Strong ability to analyze an idea and develop a plan to execute.
  • Strong command over social media strategy and management.

  • Experience working with high-tech musical or professional audio products is a big plus.
