Job: I9 Auditor 

Job Description: As an I-9 Auditor, you will be responsible for meticulously auditing I-9 forms to ensure compliance with legal requirements and company protocols. Your primary duties will include verifying the accuracy of I-9 documentation, conducting thorough audits, and addressing any non-conformities or discrepancies found during the auditing process.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive audits of I-9 forms to ensure compliance with government regulations and company policies.
  • Verify the accuracy of all information provided on I-9 forms, including employee identification and work authorization documentation.
  • Identify and address any discrepancies or non-conformities found during the auditing process.
  • Collaborate with HR personnel and management to rectify errors and maintain accurate records.
  • Stay updated on changes to I-9 protocols and regulations to ensure compliance with current standards.
  • Provide guidance and training to employees on proper I-9 documentation procedures as needed.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working with I-9 documentation and verification processes required.
  • Strong understanding of I-9 protocols, regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data verification and auditing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
