Shipping/Receiving Material Handler - Full-time

Express Employment Professionals is looking to hire a Shipping and Receiving Specialist for manufacturing companies in North Austin.

Job Pay: $18.00-$19.00

Work Schedules Vary: Monday- Friday 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Basic duties include but are not limited to:

Responsible for performing a variety of shipping and receiving tasks under general supervision
Verify that the incoming materials match purchase orders, package outgoing parts.
Additionally, visually inspect outgoing parts to ensure quality
Prepare shipping paperwork such as labels, packing slips and schedule inbound and outbound freight
Manage warehouse inventory and keep records of the inventory

Assisting with deliveries and performing janitorial duties as needed.

Qualifications:

Experience performing all shipping and receiving tasks, including expertise using shipping and receiving software
Experience managing inventory of parts
Experience operating a forklift and pallet jack, and the ability to be licensed on forklift operation
Ability to set priorities, meet deadlines, and multitask
Excellent organization skills with strong attention to detail
