Administrative Assistant Position Oral Surgery

Catalano Oral Surgery & Implantology is seeking a friendly, professional administrative assistant! We have the potential opportunity available for either part time or full time. Our office is open Monday-Friday. We are a busy, single practitioner location with a small family office feel. Our preference is this candidate has worked in the dental and/or medical field. A few main job duties include answering phones, creating patient treatment estimates, making patient charts, collecting patient payments and scheduling surgeries. Dr. Catalano's office is seeking a real team player, a humble, kind individual with a professional appearance and demeanor who loves helping people and keeping the front office organized.
