Job Description
We are seeking a Transportation Clerk Administrative Assistant to join our fortune 500 Healthcare Team in Chester, NY. This position is Monday-Friday from 8am-4:30pm and pay starts at $20/hr. In this role you will be working Looking for candidates with prior transportation experience. Answering phones, emails, screening visitors/vendors, print/compile paperwork for routes and overseas shipments. Much of the role can be taught and trained on the job, but candidates should have some basic administrative skills. Background in routing / dispatching highly preferred, and experience with SAP. Pay is starting off at $20/ hr. Mon-Fri 8A - 4:30P with occasional some occasional OT, potentially on a Saturday if needed but not often. Qualified candidates please for apply.
