Responsibilities:

• Formulating overall strategies
• Managing staff and establishing policies
• Must be a thoughtful leader and confident decision-maker
• Develop staff to be productive while increasing profits
• Strong desire to help the company grow!

Requirements:

• MUST have at least 3-5 years of restaurant GM or AGM experience in quick service or fast food
• MUST have 3+ years of team building and training experience
• Food ordering system
• Experience managing a Team
• Able to read P&L statements
• Able to prepare schedules
• Training and development
• Highly motivated
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Work well with a team
• HSD/GED
