1st Choice is actively hiring a team of dedicated and professional Call Center Representatives to support the Maryland Healthcare Exchange program with virtual open enrollment support.
You must reside in Maryland
Job Description:
- Handles customer service inquiries and problems via the telephone, recording consistent problem areas.
- May respond to e-mail inquiries.
- Customer service is the primary function.
- Calls are basic and routine.
- Uses computerized system for tracking, information gathering, and/or troubleshooting.
- May respond to customer inquiries by referring them to published materials, secondary sources, or more senior staff.
- Communicates routine information in a clear and accurate way with internal and external contacts
Education and Experience
- HS diploma with 6 months- 2 years of experience. May have additional training or education in area of specialization
Equipment Requirements
- Desktop or laptop - Chromebooks are not allowed!!
- Wired headset and microphone with a USB Gen 2 or newer connection
- Internet Connectivity: Wired internet connection from computer to router or modem (Ethernet cable)
- Download – 20 Mbps minimum
- Upload – 5 Mbps minimum
Work Environment:
- 100 % Remote
- Being on camera is required during trainings and meetings
Training Hours:
8:00AM - 5:00PM (Day 1 - 7)
8:00am - 4:30pm (Day 8 - 15)
Work Hours After Training:
8:00am - 4:30pm (8 hours in between, client choses)
