Great opportunity for system administrator and desktop management Technical Support Specialist to expand their experience and be part of the T-Cetra success story. Candidate would gain experience in a variety of cloud-based technologies including Cisco Meraki, Windows, and Mac OS automation deployment as well as AWS and Azure cloud solution. Be part of the team to support our 100+ internal employees. Build knowledge base on existing hardware and software in use to maximize efficiency of the network and the users utilizing them.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to team members within the environment.
  • Work with existing SOC II policies that the company uses for managing resources.
  • Manage EDR, 2FA, JSM, SSO solutions, and applications log management.
  • Audit practices and meet on changes that are required to meet company policies.
  • Build support processes and train employees in security compliance best practices.
  • Support Microsoft cloud M365 suite for T-CETRA Users.
  • Support cloud device management, JAMF and Ninja one
  • Support security implementations used by T-CETRA - Trend Micro, Ninja One, AWS.
  • Support users and infrastructure in multiple clouds - AWS and Azure.
  • Support Windows and Mac OS operating systems – image deployment and patching.
  • Diagnose and resolve customer-reported incidents in the incident management system.
  • Troubleshoot network and routing issues.
  • Maintain hardware inventory in the inventory management system.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving TCP/IP issues.
  • Participate in IT-related security and audit processes as required.
  • Add and remove users to organization systems (AD, O365, ticketing system, etc.)
  • Monitor back-up and restore jobs, report, and resolve issues as they arise.
  • Deploy Windows images to devices. Update the images and maintain logs.
  • Deploy and maintain firewall, Antivirus application, and endpoint management applications.
  • Train and obtain certification that is relevant to the projects that you are working on and to assist your team's progress.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written customer service skills.
  • Experience in providing computer and network support for software and hardware.
  • Ability to train internal users on operating systems and application software.
  • Experience in using end-user protection platforms TrendMicro.
  • Knowledge in cloud-based Cisco Meraki Firewall application and reporting.
  • Working knowledge in cloud application support and security access. SSO, DUO, AWS.
  • Maintain workstations and printers on the LAN- Windows deployment.
  • Participate in team meetings and prepare minutes of discussion items.
  • Maintain security protocols for physical and logical access.
