What Matters Most:
  • $12 per hour | Part-Time Assignments – 1-4 days per week
  • On-site position located in the Canton and Chandler area(s)
  • Enjoy working in new home communities near you
  • Virtual training provided to set you up for success
  • 10:00am-6:00pm
Your New Role:
As a Model Home Attendant, you will greet potential home buyers and assist with registration. Enjoy exploring gorgeous model homes and providing builder handouts. You will play a crucial role in supporting the sales agent by answering phones, offering directions, completing your tasks and keeping the model beautiful.
With your excellent customer service skills, you will have a profound impact on building communities and helping people find their dream home.
Work with a warm, employee-focused team as you receive solid benefits, including medical, dental, life insurance, as well as 401(k) and referral and retention bonuses. Work multiple assignments at the same time and get paid weekly through direct deposit for every hour you work.
Your Experience:
No real estate experience is needed, but a professional and personable demeanor is required. There will be moments of movement and moments of downtime. It is important that you can bend, stoop, and climb stairs throughout the model home. Communication via cell phone with email and text capabilities is necessary.
We are prohibited from hiring licensed Realtors or brokers unless your license is designated inactive and verifiable. Candidates must be at least 18 years old to apply.
