Xponential Fitness is the curator of the best brands across every vertical in the boutique fitness industry - including Pilates, cycle, stretch, dance, rowing, running, and barre.

We are searching for one exceptional candidate to manage operations for our new cutting-edge video streaming service, Xponential+.

Our ideal candidate has a high technical acumen. Revenue hungry. Enjoys leaning in, contributing and knows how to develop quick to market, mid-weight, fully functional and sustainable solutions.

Requirements

  • 5 years of relevant experience
  • Previous experience in a SaaS business environment
  • Bachelor degree in business administration or relevant field
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Familiarity with Hubspot, BigCommerce, Brightcove, Netsuite, and Intercom is a bonus
  • Understanding of the wellness market and digital fitness


Responsibilities

Product Management

  • Strong strategic thinking skills and capable of aligning product development initiatives with the company's overall business goals
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, able to clearly articulate product visions and requirements, and collaborate effectively with engineering, design, marketing, and other stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle
  • Develop short and long-range operating objectives to prevent operational obstacles to new business development initiatives
  • Integrates activities between departments to solve problems and maximize throughput

Customer Experience

  • Conduct customer research
  • Increase engagement through content curation, offers, etc.
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis to understand the relationship between customer experience and customer value, including incorporating non-purchase related metrics/signals
  • Proactively lead and support customer-facing support desk team

Analysis

  • Harvest data from the company’s key business systems
  • Revise and/or formulate standard operating procedures and promote their implementation
  • Maintain system of record information
