This is a fully on-site position with no opportunity for remote work.
We are seeking a talented and experienced Mobile App Developer to join our growing headquarters team in Columbus, OH. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality mobile applications for iOS platforms. The ideal candidate is passionate about mobile development, stays up-to-date with the latest industry trends, and has a strong foundation in Swift programming.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the marketing department, executives, and other developers, to create intuitive and user-friendly mobile applications.
- Design and implement efficient, reusable, and reliable Swift code for iOS platforms.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize mobile applications for performance and user experience.
- Stay informed about the latest advancements in mobile app development and integrate new technologies as needed.
- Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and ensure best practices are followed.
- Collaborate with QA teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality products.
- Keep up to date with of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Swift Mobile App Developer with a strong portfolio of iOS applications.
- Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle.
- Proficient in Swift and experience with Objective-C.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs, third-party libraries, and cloud services.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- 2 - 4 years app development experience
Nice to have:
- Experience with PHP and HTML
- Knowledge of Android app development using Kotlin or Java.
- Familiarity with JavaScript
- Familiarity with continuous integration and deployment tools.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
