Responsibilities:

  • Manage, maintain, and operate our in-house print production of labels, business cards, sales collateral, and other print requests
  • Set up and operate digital equipment to produce high-quality printed materials
  • Monitor and adjust equipment settings to ensure proper ink coverage, registration, and image quality
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure accurate reproduction of layout designs
  • Conduct quality control checks to ensure printed materials meet specifications
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with branches to ensure their printed materials expectations are met
  • Interact with customers, vendors and co-workers in a professional manner
  • Open willingness to continual learning
  • Demonstrate an understanding of and follow all safety regulations and practices
  • Follow all Koorsen policies, procedures and core values
  • Any other duties deemed appropriate by management

Required:

  • 2-3 years of print experience working in a print shop or equivalent
  • Proficient in typography and layout design
  • Competency in Adobe Creative Cloud applications
  • Knowledge of print advertising and production processes
  • Good knowledge of file formats for digital print
  • Pass drug and background screenings
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency working in Microsoft Suite: Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Physical Demands:

  • Must be able to sit for long periods of time
  • Must be able to effectively use standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines
  • Must be able to perform some repetitive motions while using a computer
  • While performing the duties of the job, the associate is regularly required to talk, or hear. The associate frequently is required to sit; stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms

Hiring Process (in addition to an interview):
