1st Shift Painters - Overhead Line
Peoplelink Staffing Solutions in partnership with a prominent client in Spencerville, IN within the Industrial Painting industry.
Painters Job Summary:
- $18.50 hour start
- 1st Shift: 6:00am - 3:30pm
- Apply primer, paint, and other coatings to automotive and military parts on overhead moving line.
- Painters will maintain all paint guns, including rebuilding, cleaning, repairing, replacing parts and general preventative maintenance.
- Maintain all paperwork associated with spray painting.
- Assist with loading and unloading the paint lines as required.
Painters Qualifications:
- Must interview and take a paint test.
- Must have a minimum of one (1) year experience in a related spray painting position.
- Must understand the proper operation and use of all related painting equipment including spray guns, paint pots, and spray booths.
- Regularly lift and move up to 25 lbs., occasionally 50 lbs. or more, standing, stooping, hand/finger dexterity.
- Must be able to wear steel toed shoes/boots, safety glasses, and full-face respirator.
