$23 - $25 hourly

• Implement and maintain office procedures to streamline
• Office organization
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all client inquiries, issues, and requests, providing excellent customer service at all times.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration across the organization.
• Entry level bookkeeper and payroll to support other staff members when needed

• 3+ years of experience in office management or related field
• Proficiency in Outlook, GSuite (Google Docs, Sheets, Slides)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willing to learn new software
