RN Lead - ICU

Works collaboratively with patients, families and other health care providers to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate the care of assigned patients. Follows nursing Standards of Practice to ensure quality, safe patient care. Provides supervisory oversight to assigned staff, and effectively manages supplies, equipment and other resources. ICU Lead duties include but not limited to rounding on patients, new employee orientation, assist with running department meetings, chart audits, SQSS investigation assistance, quality projects, department education, policy review, and preferred Epic Credentialed Trainer.

Nursing Associate Degree or Diploma required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Currently licensed as an RN in the State of Nebraska or Compact state; Current CPR/BLS. ACLS, PALS, and NRP within one year of hire. 1-2 years experience required.
