JOB DESCRIPTION



Job Title: Building Maintenance

Department: OSC Ground Support

Reports To: Maintenance Manager

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  1. Perform maintenance and minor repair of company buildings and facilities.
  2. Perform electrical modification and repair of company buildings and facilities.
  3. Conduct routine inspections of company facilities and equipment to ensure serviceability.
  4. Follow and enforce safety rules and procedures.
  5. Operate equipment used in snow removal.

QUALIFICATIONS:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed above are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

High school graduate; State Certifications are helpful.

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Be able to read, write and understand spoken and written English. Be able to write routine reports and correspondence. Be able to give verbal and written direction to assigned staff.
