Position: Help Desk Analyst 3
Location: Columbus, OH
Job Type: On-Site
Interview: TBD - Local Candidate Only

Required Skills:
- Proficient in troubleshooting Windows 10 OS and Windows 11 OS.
- Experience with peripheral devices troubleshooting, including printers, scanners, and Apple mobile devices.
- Ability to provide telephone support for networking or connectivity issues.
- Installation and minor repairs to hardware, software, or peripheral equipment.
- Independent imaging and reimaging of equipment for deployment.
- Experience with Microsoft Intune is preferred.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Windows Autopilot is a plus.
