Slot Service Specialist

SUMMARY:

Service Specialist is responsible for handling Slots Department guest requirements. Ensures Slot machines are monitored on a continual basis for full capacity operation.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to the following:

• Responds to all guest requests, complaints or inquiries courteously and promptly. Promotes Departmental and property-wide promotions with all guests.
• Handles guest change requirements.
• Verifies necessary authorization for jackpot payouts and hand pays when necessary.
• Ensures that ticket fills and minor machine maintenance are completed in a timely manner to keep machines in constant operation.
• Notifies Slot Supervisors, Slot Operations Manager, or Slot Technicians of Guest needs and requests when necessary.
• Assists in maintaining Slot Floor Security by notifying Slot Supervisors or Security Shift Managers /Supervisors of any suspicious activity.
• Maintains knowledge of all promotions and special events in order to advise Guests
• Assists other Slot persons as needed.
• Facilitates the flow of information, by attending regularly scheduled Departmental meetings and trainings.
• Keep all areas clean & sanitized as directed.
• Responsible for maintaining a consistent, regular attendance record.
• Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

• High School diploma or equivalency degree required and 6 months of Slot Floor experience preferred.
