We are looking for full-time or part-time. We are open Tuesday-Friday 9am -6 pm and Saturday, 9am-3pm

Job Summary


We are looking for a talented hairstylist to provide a range of hair care services to our clients. You will be responsible for performing various hair treatments, cuts, and styling techniques to enhance the appearance and boost the confidence of our customers. The ideal candidate should have a passion for hair styling, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced salon environment.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate customers face shape, hair features, and personal preferences to recommend appropriate haircuts and hairstyles.
• Apply hair treatment products when needed.
• Apply highlights, ombre, balayage, and other hair-coloring techniques
• Provide customers with a wide range of hair styling options, from formal to casual
• Consult with clients to understand their hair care needs and preferences.
• Recommend suitable hair care products and treatments to clients.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in hair styling.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and salon equipment.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
• Adhere to salon policies and procedures regarding hygiene, safety, and customer service.
• Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Collaborate with other salon staff members to deliver a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of a cosmetology school is required
• Proven experience as a stylist, hairdresser, or similar role is preferred
• In-depth knowledge of hair-cutting techniques and best practices
• Skilled at hair coloring, straightening, and curling techniques
• comfortable working on a diversity of hair
• Familiar with a variety of treatment products
• Up-to-date with trends in fashion and beauty
